About me & my pet care experience

I’ve grown up with dogs all my life, including German Shepherds, Corgis, and Border Collies. Caring for pets has always been a natural part of my daily life, and I truly enjoy spending time with dogs of all sizes and personalities.

My daughter and I now live in a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath top-floor penthouse in Sandyford, with a large, safe balcony where dogs can enjoy fresh air and sunshine. Our home is warm, relaxed, and very pet-friendly. I am at home full-time, so guest pets receive constant attention and are never left alone for more than a few minutes.

Services I offer

• Dog boarding / daycare in my home
• Dog walking (1:1 or as requested)
• Pick-up & drop-off within a reasonable distance
• Feeding, basic care, and supervision
• Can administer oral medication if required
• I do not offer training or grooming services.

How many pets I host & safety rules

Most of the time, I only care for one dog at a time, so your dog can enjoy my full attention and a calm, low-stress environment. On rare occasions, if I consider taking a second dog, it will always be with prior discussion and agreement from all owners, and only if the dogs are known to be friendly and compatible.

Guest pets can relax in the living room, stay close to me during the day, or join my daughter for quiet companionship. Bedrooms are carpeted, so dogs who sleep on beds or have indoor marking habits may need to stay in common areas.

Dog walks — how often and how long

I take dogs out 2-4 times per day(as requested):

• Morning walk/ Lunch walk / Afternoon walk / Evening walk

Short walks are usually 10–20 minutes, plus one longer walk depending on the dog’s age, health, and energy level.

I also enjoy hiking and longer walks around the nearby parks. If your dog likes exploring, I’m happy to bring them along.

My daily schedule & availability

Since I stay at home full-time, pet care fits naturally into my day. I can supervise guest pets 24/7.

When my daughter returns from school, she often joins for walks or gentle play — always under my supervision, as I am the primary caregiver at all times.

Fernhill dog park is quite close. When visiting the dog park, I am always very cautious. I will observe first and confirm that other dogs on site are friendly and well-behaved. If I feel the environment is not suitable, or if your dog prefers quieter time, we will enjoy a walk or play separately instead. Safety and your dog’s comfort always come first.
