"Nicole is the absolute best! It was my first time using her services, and I didn't have time to meet her in-person, so she was really accommodating and we set up a video call. It was obvious Nicole was a true animal lover, and she exuded a very professional, gentle, and kind energy. She put all my worries at ease (it was my first time using Pawshake). We discussed all logistics and expectations, and I felt very comfortable at the end of the call. My husband and I left on vacation, and Nicole promptly visited our home daily to check on our 2 cats, feed them, and change the litter. One of our cats, Soso, is particularly skittish, and typically always hides when strangers are around, but from Nicole's first visit, Soso was out and mingling - definitely a sign of Nicole's gentle approach. Nicole messaged and sent photos daily, which we really appreciated, and on the final day, she even sent a photo of the lock box to show our keys were replaced securely. I will definitely be requesting Nicole's services again!"

"Tuğba was an absolute dream of a cat sitter for my cat Cinnamon. Cinnamon doesn’t always warm to new people quickly, but with Tuğba she was slow blinking and friendly (in her own way!) immediately. She also provides detailed updates at each visit, which is so helpful. I can’t recommend her enough - thank you!"

"Joice was excellent. She minded my two dogs from Monday to Friday for 5 weeks while I was out of the country. She fed the boys, walked them and spent time playing with them while my partner was at work. The boys love her and have adopted her as their doggy “Mammy”.
I will definitely book Joice again in the very near future."

"There was so much anxiety around leaving our little cat (Oscar) with a pet sitter for the first time, but we’ve been so lucky in being able to find Sandra. She’s also a cat owner, and was incredibly reassuring - there would be pictures and videos of Oscar, updates on how he was doing, and more importantly lots of love and play (in addition to the feed and litter of cos).
She even arranged the toys such that Oscar could continue playing with them by himself even after she left - that was genius, and is so telling that Sandra knows what cats need and like.
She’s a gem and we’re glad we’ve found her! Oscar will definitely miss her when we’re back. "
